By using Kimi's Petal Atelier, you agree to follow our terms. Our website is for browsing and purchasing dahlia tubers. We reserve the right to cancel orders if inventory is unavailable due to crop failure or storage issues.
Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the information necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Email). We use Stripe for secure payment processing, and we never store your credit card information on our servers. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
Cancellations: Due to our immediate inventory allocation process, we do not accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once shipped.
Our Guarantee: We guarantee that every tuber shipped will have at least one visible eye. If you have any questions or concerns about the quality of your tubers upon arrival, you must contact us at kimipetalatelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or store credit.
